Step 1: Contact Sue via email (sue@treadpowerfully.com)
or by phone (905-580-9777) to discuss your interest in any of the
programs listed on the schedule
(note that indoor classes require separate registration and are handled
outside
of the below process).
Step 2: Come out and experience
an outdoor trial class for $5 to see how it works for your
body
and spirit. Just bring your signed Registration/Waiver and PAR-Q forms
(print from green links below). NOTE:
You must have completed forms on file in order to participate in
classes; you will be asked to refrain from participating in classes
until completed forms are on file.
Step 3: Select the season pass
that works for you (see the schedule page for the
current schedule). You
may be
able to begin after the season has started and rates will be pro-rated
accordingly (all prices include HST).
Step 4a: If you are a
returning member, please send Sue an email (sue@treadpowerfully.com)
with your pass selection, and bring cash or a cheque (payable to Sue Abell)
to your next class.
You will need to provide an updated PAR-Q
(Physical Activity Readiness form) if there has
been a change in your physical health.
Step 4b: If you are a new
member, please complete the two (2) forms below; bring the
completed forms, with cash or a cheque (payable to Sue Abell),
to your next class.
